Hi everyone it's Stu.....
I know it has been awhile, but it has been a very busy year. I got a new brother this past summer and I love him! He would play all day with me! His name is Walter, you will definitely get to meet him as he will be sPAW CITY Social Club's spokes dog. I would do it, but I have other more pressing commitments.
Now onto the new news.....
Mom and Dad are opening the areas 1st Indoor Dog Park on the second floor of Lazy Dog's building!!
I have played several times up there and it is stu-pendous. Here are the details...
Total of 4,600 sq ft in a climate controlled late 1800's post and beam 2 story barn right on the beautiful banks of the Gordon and Kaydeross Creeks in Ballston Spa, NY. When the weather is just right we have over 60 windows to open. Ahhh smell the fresh air...
Tentative hours will be
T-Th 5:30 to 8:00pm (F special event night)
Sat 9am to 1pm Sun 10am to 2pm
Rates and details will be coming soon!!!!
2,000 sq ft of social space, coffee bar with seating and free WiFi if you just want to hang out with your "lazy" dog and socialize in a low key way.
Yappy Hours, Parties, rentals and special events will be held. Also preliminary talks are in the works with our friends at Dawgdom, Downtown Saratoga, for adult dog "pup scouts" to be held on site.
2,600 sq ft of safe open play space with an abundance of toys and agility equipment. Freshly made frozen treats will be available after play as well as treats from Lazy Dog's Company Store to have a post work out fuel up!

My Introduction!! & Big Lazy Dog News
Hey there my name is Hoagie, but everyone calls me Stu. My mom and dad own The Lazy Dog Cookie Co. I work there as director of employee morale, but I think I spend more time as an "unauthorized" taste tester. I would like to begin with a shout out to all my fellow GWP's, scruff is in the house!! My new blog What's all the Scrufflebutt? is going be dedicated to living as me and Lazy Dog news. I have a stump for a tail as all good GWP's should, so if I like something I will give it "Double Stump Pumps", yah, I'm not embarrassed I watched the Jersey Shore. The sofi Awards recognize excellence in specialty foods and beverages and are a coveted industry honor. “sofi” stands for Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation.
Lazy Dog’s Original Happy Birthday Pup-Pie is one of 125 Silver Finalists selected by a national panel of specialty food experts from 1,570 contenders across 31 Awards categories. Gold Winners will be announced in a red-carpet ceremony June 28 at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York.
“As a new NASFT member we were honored to be selected for this prestigious award,” said Amy Augustine, Founder of The Lazy Dog Cookie Company. “More and more pet owners are learning the importance of feeding their pets high-quality, all-natural products, but also how much fun it can be to treat the animals to something special.
